A tracker runs the same questions again and again (the prompts your customers would ask) in each engine and stores the answer. From those answers it works out five things:
- Mention rate: the share of answers that name your brand.
- Position: whether you are named first or fifth.
- Sentiment: whether you are described well, neutrally or badly.
- Share of voice: your weight against the competitors you track.
